On a personal note, I think it is an honor to be able to be involved in the lives of so many people through my therapy practice. My life is enriched by the people I serve. In the process of healing and recovery, I encourage others to live their best lives, dream big and pursue their gifts and talents.  Below are a few ways that I try to “practice what I preach”. 

I have several creative and theraputic works in progress. My biggest adventure is my online store showcasing products and digital downloads to promote quality of life in the eight demensions of wellness.  I have a soon to be release unique gratitude journal that will be in this store.
